Customers having registered a Domain Name with Stargate, and wishing to change the Technical Contact or any other registration information, can do so by logging into their domain management interface. Customer domain name registration is made publicly available in the registry of domain names. Stargate provides all customers with full access to their domain account by sending them their own user name and password. If you lose your login information, please initiate a support request. We will resend the password to the email address on the domain registration record. If the email address on record is no longer valid, a direct request to the registrar is required. Thus, it is important to keep your email address current.

Direct Mailings
Stargate may occasionally send its customers information about various products and services that may be of interest. You can opt out of such mailings by sending an email to billing@Stargate.com. However, by doing so, you may miss important communication regarding your service.
If you are a Reseller, Stargate and/or its partners and advertisers may from time to time send you newsletters, promotional material, and other mailings. You can opt out by sending an e-mail to billing@Stargate.com.

The grounds on which Stargate may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Stargate’s policies. Stargate will not disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless:

Stargate has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Stargate, its customers, or others or;

Stargate has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

Stargate will not disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Stargate stores or transmits for its customers unless:

It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Stargate and its customers;
